We strive to provide images that accurately portray true colors and details offered on this website. The color you see, of course, is dependent on your computer monitor; we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be exactly the same as that displayed on your monitor. Please refer to the item description for exact size and other pertinent information.
Custom and Made To Order Items
In some cases we are able to request that an artist use particular colors or configurations for the required item per the customers’ choice. However, it must be understood that artistic license applies, and while the artist will strive to provide the color and configuration requested, the customer in fact, agrees to accept the final product. Custom orders and made to order items require a 50% deposit at time of order. Balance will be charged when shipped. Custom and Made to Order Items are non-returnable.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Most of the items we carry are one-of-a-kind and it should be understood that while an artist can make several items that are similar, no two are alike. Many of our items are never repeated. Should you miss purchasing an item, never hesitate to ask if the artist can create one similar for your needs. Often, this can be achieved.
Returns and Refunds
Arts Afire.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, as we value your continued business. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, return the item within 7 days in an unworn condition with no scratches, dings, or dents. After 7 days all sales are final. Our refund policy does not apply to custom and made to order items.
Please insure your returns for loss or damage during shipping. Return shipping and handling charges are at the customer’s expense.
We cannot give refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned in the condition in which they left. Upon receipt of any item in good condition you will receive a full refund in the same manner that the item was paid, e.g. credit to your credit card account or payment by return check for check or money order payments, or store credit, if you wish, less all applicable shipping and insurance costs.
Merchandise purchased in our Alexandria bricks and mortar store cannot be returned through our online store.
If you received an item from Artsafire.com as a gift, you may return it with the original receipt within 30 days of the original shipping date. You can either exchange it for other merchandise or receive store credit (good for 6 mos.) in the amount of the original purchase price minus shipping and taxes fees. Merchandise purchased on sale cannot be returned by either the customer or the gift recipient. These sales are FINAL SALES.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives in damaged condition, save all the boxes and packing materials in the event that the postal inspector needs to review them for insurance purposes. Contact Arts Afire immediately and we will work together to address the issue.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover online via our secure shopping cart. The billing address we receive from you must match your credit card statement billing address exactly or your order will not be processed.
We accept checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks by mail at the address listed here on our site. Orders will be held for up to 10 days for personal and business checks to clear. To order by check or money order by mail, use the shopping cart or the check and money order form and mail it with your payment.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to orders where it is required by law. Currently orders shipped within the state of Virginia must be taxed.
Price/Terms Changes
Terms and prices at the time of your order will be in effect for that order. We reserve the right to change prices and/or our terms at any time.
