Shipping, Order Information, Terms and Policies
Orders will be shipped within two or three business days after you place your order. You will be notified by email (provided by you at time of your order) upon shipment.
Our items show two weights. The shipping weight is the calculated weight for your cost of shipping which sometimes requires larger or double boxing to protect your purchase. The actual weight (particularly for jewelry) is merely informational applicable to the product.
If you choose UPS ground shipping, you should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days after shipping notification, depending on where you are located within the continental United States.
UPS 2ND Day Air within 2 business days, after shipping notification.
Fastest delivery is UPS Next Day Air, which deliveries within 1 business day, after shipping notification.
Please provide us with a valid street address for shipping, as UPS and FEDEX cannot deliver to P.O., APO, or FPO boxes. All items are shipped fully insured.
USPS shipments will be via priority mail and take approximately 2 to 3 days to arrive. West coast sometimes requires an additional day to arrive.
For exceptionally busy sales periods such as holidays, you should anticipate delays in the US mail system that are out of our control.
If you choose to waive insurance, we take no responsibility for any merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
For orders outside the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), please email us with the items and exact address before placing your order. We will notify you of the shipping charges for that specific order and address. Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country’s Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.
All items are securely delivered in our complimentary signature boxes and double boxed when needed. (Please note that due to size limitations, there are some items that cannot be placed in our signature boxes.)
